Welcome to my virtual practice. I’m Judy D’Angelo, an Adult Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of New York with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester (2004). With over two decades of dedicated experience in adult health care, I am passionate about providing compassionate, expert guidance through virtual consultations.
I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), accredited by the National Council of Certified Dementia Care Practitioners. Through these programs, I provide both care and education for families and professionals navigating the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
